Hi there! I’m a Lisbon-based, American photographer with a passion for capturing the beauty of this incredible city and the amazing people who visit it.
I was born in the stunning Cape Verde Islands, an ex Portuguese colony, but I grew up in the United States. And now, I live in what I consider to be, one of the best cities in the world!
Oh yes,—Us Americans sometimes get a bad rep. But growing up in the U.S. and serving in the Army (I know, crazy) taught me the value of hard work and and integrity.
Which is why I am committed to ALWAYS delivering an exceptional experience!

A Little More About Me
Before moving to Europe, I lived and traveled in a beautiful 1991 Ford E350 ambulance camper—and had the time of my life!
I love a good cocktail and know where to find the best margarita and espresso martini in Lisbon. I have yet to find a better pisco sour than the one I make at home.
I’m a big foodie here! If you are visiting lisbon, I’ll send you a well curated list of my favorite restaurants in town. One of them has the best pizza in the world!
I’ve lived in five different countries: Cape Verde (CV), Spain, Portugal, Kuwait, and the United States.
With a unique name like Ronise, I’ve picked up plenty of nicknames over the years: Ro, RoRo, Roni, Nice, Nicey, Ropiza, and Ropi. Besides my name, I like Roni the best, so feel free to go with that one.
